Payment, shipping & returns

You can purchase any SkinCeuticals product in stock in our physical store via our online shop. Contact us if you have a question regarding a particular product: 


The shipping cost of your cart is automatically calculated and indicated during the checkout process. We accept orders from and ship to all countries. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Items are shipped fully insured. When items are shipped we send a confirmation email with the carrier used, the tracking number, and the expected delivery date.

EU packages take 1-2 weeks to arrive but can take up to 4 weeks. International packages (non EU) take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive but can take up to 10 weeks. This is out of our control and is at the discretion of the customs department of each country.

Your country may charge a customs fee, and these fees must be paid by you, the buyer.

If you have any concerns or confusion while checking out, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help in any way that we can. 

If we don't receive payment within 7 days, and we have not worked out an alternative plan, the order will be cancelled to give other people the opportunity to purchase the product.


We hope that you are happy with any item that you purchase from our shop, but if you find yourself disappointed for any reason, we'll be happy to work with you to either correct any problems or, if you prefer, to issue a full refund.

You can return your item for a full refund within seven days of receipt. You must contact us first, and return the product in its brand new condition and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping is none refundable. If the product has been open it cannot be returned.
